Starbucks Brand Storytelling
Starbucks Brand Storytelling
Human connection is at the heart of Starbucks, and storytelling is an emotion-evoking method of connecting the brand to customers and upholding our brand reputation. Beautiful photography, illustration, and design infuse joy into the social impact and community-focused goals of the company.
Sustainability
Starbucks’ goals of becoming a resource-positive company–giving back more than it takes from the planet, is bold and ambitious. With earth-friendly initiatives underway in every party of the organization, there are countless opportunities to bring to life the Starbucks’ sustainability story.
Community
Starbucks is a third-place destination across the globe that strives to uplift and nurture the communities that each store is a part of. Through large initiatives that are activated at a local level and forward-thinking goals throughout the enterprise, Starbucks is making strides to create a more equitable future for all.
Heritage Months
Just like the origins of Starbucks coffee, the company loves to celebrate the origins of their people. Heritage month campaigns honor and amplify cultures, and in Starbucks’ case, also shares the work that our Partner (employee) networks are doing to give back to their communities. Through the development of methodology guidelines, we strive to create human-forward illustrations that are authentic and respectful to each community that we celebrate.
